Mubarakpur in Uttar Pradesh is a hub of craft cluster of Silk Brocade Weavers responsible for doing one of the most intricate weaving in India. Their work is also popularly known as Banarasi Weaving.

This display is inspired by their work and also contains their work.

We were sent to visit the cluster by National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi.

We were supposed to make a research documentation and to put on a display.
